Angela H. France

Ms. France's practice focuses on business and corporate law advice and representation, business organization, business transactions, employment law, civil litigation and bankruptcy and creditor's rights.  She regularly provides legal guidance to companies and business executives on a wide range of matters including contractual matters, mergers and acquisitions, and employment contracts, and provides representation to creditors in the bankruptcy process.

Awards and Professional Recognition: Virginia Business Magazine named Ms. France one of Virginia's "Legal Elite" in 2007 and 2008.  Ms. France was also named to the 2000 Virginia Rising Stars list, an annual recognition by Virginia Super Lawyers & Rising Starts magazine.  Guest lecturer at George Washington University School of Law on employment transactional issues.
